The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and calm with many shops and restaurants around. There is a bank 3 min away, a coffee shop/restaurant 5 min away and a walmart 7 min away as well as a gas station 6 min away. The parking is on location, behind the property and it is free.

The breakfast was great. I was expecting a continental breakfast and was surprised at the full breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. I slept very well. The hotel was very quiet, I did not hear any noise at all. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Best Western. I have stayed at Best Western over the years and they always gave me a wonderful stay. Great work Best Western. Thank you Best Western.

Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was included and have good selection. Breakfast hours are from 7 to 10am and the staff were very accommodating to let some people in to get some breakfast even though they were late. Everyone seems to be coming down for breakfast close to the closing time so it became crowded at the breakfast area. Staff did their best to clean up as soon as people leave. Room was nice and clean. There was a vibration noise coming from the bathroom pipes so every time you turn on and off the faucet, you will hear a banging noise. At first we thought that the noise was someone knocking at the door, but later figured out that it was the pipes. Just something minor. The location of the hotel was on the East end of Montreal so getting back to the downtown area is a bit far. There were lots of road construction everywhere in Montreal.

our experience at this hotel was great! it is worth the price. we were welcomed by Edif who was informative and enthusiastic. she tried to help us with a special request and gave us many options. the rooms were nice and clean. they were exactly as the the pictures seen online. what made our stay even more special was when we went down for breakfast the next morning and Kathy and Susie were working hard to provide everyone with their great service. the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Kathy and Susie made sure to keep everything stocked and clean! would definitely recommend!
